Owls, Ice cream, and Apartments

So my next door neighbor has been hearing some weird bird noises late at night and this evening we figured out what they are...baby owls! Now I don't know how many of you have seen baby owls in the wild before, but they are the cutest things ever. There were two of them and they followed each other around the trees and when they called to each other shook their bodies...such cute furballs!

Also, the ice cream truck came by my neighborhood after dinner...and yes I went a bought something. I figured on the first day of summer the longest day of the year during my last summer vacation before I become a real person I should regress to my childhood...some may call this sad and pathetic but they didn't enjoy that ice cream bar.

Lastly, assuming all the paperwork goes smoothly my roommate and I have picked a place to live! But before we made that decision we went out my NYC Realtor for the last time, and he had me guess how many apartments he had shown me over the past couple weeks, I guessed 25 he informed me that it was close to 40...40 that is pretty much the number of schools I visited before I picked ND...I guess this makes me a pretty indecisive person. Anyways after all that we decided to live in Hoboken, NJ (for those of you who don't know it is right across the water from the city) so those 40 NYC apartments were kind of a waste of time...oh well. The apartment we chose is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a nice living area and dining area as opposed to the 1 bedroom 1 bath we were looking at in the city. So now when you all come visit I'll actually have room! No excuses you must visit!
